Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

How long it takes

Your total wait is production time plus transit time. These are separate, and the first one surprises people, so here it is plainly.

Production: 2 to 7 business days. Every item is printed after you order it. Production does not begin on weekends or holidays.
Transit: typically 3 to 5 business days after production.

So a realistic door-to-door estimate is roughly 5 to 12 business days. Most orders land toward the shorter end of that. An order placed on a Friday evening begins production the following Monday.

During November and December, and around major holidays, both production and carrier times run longer. We will post a notice on the site when that applies.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what is in your order. Rates currently run about $4.79 to $11.99 for tees, and more for hoodies, which are heavier.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility. A tracking number is generated when the label is created, which can be a little before the carrier physically scans the package, so a day or two of no movement at the start is normal. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of that email, contact us and we will look into it.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. You are not charged extra for this. If part of your order is still missing after a week, contact us before assuming it is lost.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order is in production we cannot change the destination. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we can reship it once you cover the reshipment cost.

Customs and duties

If we open international shipping in future, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.

Who fulfills our orders

Purebred products are printed and shipped by Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities in the United States. Your name and shipping address are shared with them for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your order.
